We estimate six to nine months to stand up the full platform. Discovery gave us a strong picture of the work — but complex integrations always surface unknowns. We won't promise what we can't yet see; we will commit to the cadence, the transparency, and the outcomes that make the timeline real.

Two payment structures are offered. Both cover the same engagement — the $650,000 implementation and the $30,000/month partnership. Choose the cadence that fits XL's cash flow.
25% of implementation at signing, remaining balance spread across six equal monthly tranches. Partnership continues thereafter.
