This document is not a re-statement of the discovery scope. It is the proposed engagement — how Craft Digital and XL will work together, and what it will cost.

We are not proposing a software project with a finish line. We are proposing to become XL's AI Infrastructure Partner — the team that stands up the platform, keeps it compounding, and stays at the table as the business grows.

A note on timeline

We estimate six to nine months to stand up the full platform. Discovery gave us a strong picture of the work — but complex integrations always surface unknowns. We won't promise what we can't yet see; we will commit to the cadence, the transparency, and the outcomes that make the timeline real.

Exactly what XL will be invoiced.

Two payment structures are offered. Both cover the same engagement — the $650,000 implementation and the $30,000/month partnership. Choose the cadence that fits XL's cash flow.

25% of implementation at signing, remaining balance spread across six equal monthly tranches. Partnership continues thereafter.
